This policy explains how personal information is handled during partner applications and business proposals.

1. Data Controller and Contact Information
IDUN Inc. is the data controller for KOKOPICK GLOBAL CONNECT. Requests to access, correct, delete, suspend the processing of personal information, or withdraw consent may be submitted to luces@iduna.io or +82 10 4025 0906.
2. Information Collected, Purposes and Retention Periods

3. Tailored Partner Matching and Disclosure to Third Parties
To connect applicants with suitable partners, we first confirm whether they wish to be introduced. Before disclosing contact information or proposal details to a third party in Korea or abroad, we will separately explain the recipient, country, information, purpose and retention period, and obtain any additional consent required. If the applicant does not consent, the introduction will not proceed, but general inquiries remain available.
4. Cloud Processing and Overseas Infrastructure

Cloudflare states that it acts as a processor and handles content according to customer instructions. D1 data is encrypted in transit and at rest. For more information, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
5. Your Choices and Deletion
You may decline to provide required information or consent; however, we will then be unable to accept your partner application or business proposal. Marketing communications are optional and refusal will not affect application review. Information is securely deleted in a manner designed to prevent recovery once its retention purpose has been fulfilled.
6. Security Measures and Policy Changes
We apply technical and administrative safeguards and access restrictions to protect personal information. If this policy changes, the effective date and key changes will be posted on this page.
